What gentleman wouldn't look dashing in this custom made vest in a black brocade. Wonderful strap design lends itself to taking over the known world.
Custom made men's vest in a black brocade fabric. Single breasted design with a full collar. Collar wraps completely around the neck and front and has buttons on the lapel that match the rows of buttons in the front. There is a adjustment belt in the back of the vest that will adjust the waist for you.
Vest is made from a poly brocade fabric. The fabric is a black medallion brocade and it is lined with a black lining fabric. There are 3 rows of buttons down the front of this vest with a total of 20 buttons. The middle row is the buttoning row. The rows on the left and right are not workable but for design. Straps made from the same brocade are attached to one side and can be buttoned across in various ways to give this vest a lot of fun and versatility. Back of vest and inside lining are made from a black taffeta or black satin.
This vest is of a Victorian design and would be suitable for Victorian reenactment as well as Steampunk or Gothic.

What a wonderful vest to add to your Steampunk ensembles. Simple and basic design to this vest but soooo much design.
Custom made men's vest in a wool suiting. Vest is lined with a lightweight acetate lining or can be lined with a lightweight cotton if you are concerned with period correctness.
Front of vest is made from wool and back is from a solid lining fabric. Lapels are inner lined with a moleskin which looks like velvet. You can fold back the lapels so there is a contrasting fabric against the wool.
This vest can be worn so many ways. Can be buttoned completley or partially for totally different looks. I have shown several ways to wear this vest so you can have an idea of how you can wear it.
There are 2 rows of buttons down the front of this vest with a total of 16 buttons. One side is the buttoning row and the other side is non-functional and for design only.
Back of the vest is adjustable with an adjustment belt so you can size it to your comfort and liking.
This vest is of a Victorian design and would be suitable for Victorian reenactment as well as Steampunk or Gothic.
Colors available: Grey (shown), Charcoal, Dark brown, Navy, Black w/red pinstripes. I can get solid wools also. Please inquire if you are interested in a solid color.

Stunning Steampunk Bolero Jacket or shrug
Made from premium weight cotton canvas. It is lined with a lightweight cotton in a matching color. Sleeves are unlined but all inside seams are finished
The jacket sits right below the bustline in the front and scoops down in the back to sit right above the waist. There are small fitting darts in the front. This is a very flattering cut for any body type.
The jacket has a full lapel collar which can be worn up or folded down. Jacket buttons in the front with 1 button and there are several buttons around the bottom of the jacket to allow you to tie and carry many things around as display.
The shoulders are decorated with cotton webbing shoulder boards and each front panel has a cool design feature giving it that edgy assymetrical feel about it. One side has a cotton web belt with large D rings and the other has a cartridge belt to carry many useful things.
Sleeves are a 2 piece fitted sleeve. Each sleeve is equipped with quilted elbow patches in the same main fabric and grommeted straps at the wrists. The left sleeve has a small outside pocket to carry your favorite item in.

Steampunk Bustle Skirt with Ruffles
This is a listing for a custom made bustle skirt in a slightly shortened style. Wonderful ruffles make this so much fun to wear. Mix and match with your reenactment wardrobe. Great for Steampunk or just fun to wear.
Made from a lightweight cotton fabric. It has a classic 5 gore design to it that was so often seen during the Victorian times but this version is shortened so you can show off those lovely lace up boots or gators :-)
The skirt length falls between 30-36" and this will be your preference when ordering. The bottom of the skirt has a short ruffle gathered on to it to match the ruffles down the back of the skirt. It closes on the side with a hook and bar closure. Size is determined by your waist measurement.
The back of the skirt has a ruffle overlay attached to the waistband. The overlay has rows of ruffles made from the same fabric as the rest of the skirt. This gives a great "bustled" look. This skirt can be worn with a formal bustle, a bustle pillow or no bustle at all.
The skirt is made from 6 yards of cotton fabric gathered and ruffled to make this beautiful creation. Would be a great addition to your wardrobe.

Purely Steampunk Bustle Gown
This is for a custom made Steampunk Victorian Bustle Gown. It will be made in you fabric choice and to your measurements. Travel to distant shores in this gorgeous ensemble of Victorian delight.
This is a 3 piece outfit consisting of a long polonaise bodice, a bustier and an underskirt.
Made from beautiful taffeta fabrics
Bodice is cut in an underbust polonaise style. The bodice is cut to just underneath your bust and reveals a lovely bustier peeking out from underneath. The bodice is a cut away style in the front and lengthens to the calf in the back of the gown. This polonaise is completely lined in a coordinating acetate lining and inner lined with a cotton muslin. I use this inner lining to help hold a more period correct form. It also helps with the garment in looking less costume-y and more like clothing. It is designed and put together to last which is always a plus. It closes in the front with four metal buttons. The back of the bodice has a pretty adjustment panel. It ties in a criss cross fashion with a ribbon of the same fabric. Very pretty!
The bustier is made from a ribbon taffeta. It closes in the back with metal grommets and cord lacing. Bustier is lined with a lightweight cotton fabric for comfort. It is also inner lined with a cotton muslin and completely boned. the front of the bustier is decorated with rows of taffeta ribbon, to match the main color of the dress and has hooks down the front for a very fun and edgy look.
The skirt is made from the same color as the bodice. It is gathered into a waist yoke and has a wasitband. Closes with metal closures. the bottom of this wonderful skirt has 5 yards of pleated taffeta in a lovely plrated ruffle. Skirt is unlined but all seams are finished. The ruffle has a small hem for neatness.
This is simply a gorgeous dress to wear. The underbust bodice is flattering to any figure. It is very slimming. It is pure Steampunk with a hint of Victorian.

This is a great addition to your wardrobe. Could be used for Victorian, Steampunk, Pirate Renaissance or just for a little bling in your wardrobe!
This lovely skirt is made from a satin charmeuse. This is a lovley lightweight satin with so much style. Beautiful drape to this wonderful fabric.
Drawstring closure. I use grosgrain ribbon as the drawstring. The grosgrain has texture to the tie so it grips tightly and stays tied. The ends of the waist are sewn to the ribbon so it will remain bustled at the waist. Basic width at the wasit is 15-18" which spans about half way around your waist.
Skirt bustles in the back with 3 ribbons that have attached pickups on them. This allows for the bustle to be static and you never have to worry about it shifting or the lovely busteling moving.
Approximate length - 25"

Steampunk Victorian Bustle Gown
This is for a Custom made Victorian era reproduction bustle dress. This particular dress is an early bustle period style, circa 1870's. The early bustle period was marked with symmetry and simpleness in design. I will make the dress shown in your measurements and fabric choice. Fabric colors are shown with the pictures.

This is a 3 piece outfit consisting of a bodice, underskirt with an attached apron and a seperate back "waterfall" piece. It will be made in a striped color satin fabric. The vest and contrasting details will be made from a solid solid color velvet fabric. The bodice was made from actual historical patterns, which were altered to fit my design elements. I draft my own patterns using historical guidelines for authenticity in design. The underskirt and apron is a basic 5 gore design with a waistband. The waterfall backpiece is my design but is reminiscent of the "Phantom of the Opera" Wishing gown back piece.
The bodice is a one piece that had a faux vest front. Buttons up the front with faux pearl buttons. The vest and collar will be made from a coordinating color to your main fabric choice and will be made in velvet. There are small attached flowers that will be pearled at the collar. The collar of the bodice also have a handmade piping that help accent the vest front. Sleeves are 2 piece fitted and are full length. There is a small box pleat at the cuff of the sleeve which also appears on the apron to help draw the items together.
The bodice is completely lined with a cotton twill and inner lined with a cotton muslin. The bodice falls to the hips in length. The back of the bodice has a small "tail" effect that matches the waterfall back drape. Two small pearl buttons help complete the back effect.
The underskirt is a basic 5 gore design with a flat waistband and closes at the side with a hook and bar closure. The front gores remain flat and the width of the fabric is pleated into the back to accomodate the bustle. There is an attached apron in the front of the underskirt. It is trimmed with the coordinating trim and a small box pleat ruffle. The underskirt and apron are attached so this is one piece which makes it really nice when wearing. Skirt and apron are unlined but all seams are French seamed or serged for neatness.
The defining piece to this outfit is the back drape. It has a waterfall effect in design. It is folded back on itself to expose alternating layers of base fabric and velvet which make a really lovely design effect. It is a seperate piece that is attached to a flat waistband. Waistband closes in the front with a hook and bar. This back drape can also be left off thus making a simpler but different gown, giving you 2 dresses in one.
